I was interested in these tractors until I looked close at one. Made in India, Another company sending lower quality to the US. They are lacking in parts and service in this country too.

Have you contacted your dealer? They should have some suggestions. Don’t force it you may break something. Good Luck

It’s a CP4 pump Google it. It has a steel piston running in an aluminum cylinder. When it fails it’s catastrophic Puts metal in the whole system,clogging the injectors. Only way to fix it is to replace the entire system.Deutz sells a kit Part #999-2062 Pray you never need one.

I would like to make the deutz owners aware that there engines have a Bosch fuel system. Similar to the CP4 used on many late model pickup trucks and VW cars. You need to be adding a fuel additive for lubricity. I did not and had a fuel pump failure at 1700 hours. 6 years old. Just out of...
