Had a go and changing the oil on this diesel 20 can't get (what i presume is) the oil drain plug off any ideas or tricks?

Hi all, Have a 350 fourtrax here and the front brakes dont stop the quad at all. I noticed that down at the drum on the front side with the front brake lever there is a line broken. It is next to what i think is the main brake fluid line (the thick one goin to the drum)it is a fair bit smaller...
