My Husqvarna 2148 is doing a lot of sputtering. I pulled it out of the garage after a long winter...put new spark plugs in it... New gas...and new fuel and air filters. It only wants to run with the choke on though. Power seems weak too...any thoughts?

Silly question. I've got a small yard tractor for mowing my lawn. I wanted to replace the belts on the mower but it is nearly impossible to get to. Ramps are too small. Any suggestions?

It seems to me that the larger tractors are easier to work on than the little ones. I'm sure this is a no-brainer for some of you out there but my little Huskie garden tractor has a mower deck that I'd like to replace the belt on.... How on earth do you get underneath the crazy things to get it...
