How do you get the belt off the alternator and water pump on a 1572 with a kubota diesel? I can't seem to figure out how to get the darn drive shaft off. The belt has to come off of the crank pully.

Is there anyway to have 4 hydraulic levers on a Cub Cadet 3184? I have two now one for a 3 point hitch and one for the deck. I can get a dozer blade with hydraulic angling for cheap. I would need two new levers though one to move the blade side to side and one to move it up and down.
