I don't know if sales tax on a tractor is 8.25% or if it's like buying a car where it's more like 5 or 6 percent. Looks like it's starting to add up now....
Yeah $2500 for the insurance unless your home owners policy covers it. Then he said like $700 more for government fees. I still don't come up with $36,000 and I don't think that included tax either.
They quoted me like $30k on paper, then calculating the montly payment out it was like $36,000. Supposed to be zero percent interest. Maybe taxes weren't included.
Looked at one of these and got a price on it. Ran the numbers to finance it and it comes out at like $5,000 more than the number he put on paper. Maybe the monthly payment goes down as time goes on, but I was looking to see what others paid out the door for yours as i'm sure their is some wiggle...
I keep 15 one gallon oil jugs and bring them in. Sometimes they only let me dump like 5 gallons at a time so that idea didn't really work out. One of my dumb ideas that doesn't make sense.
Yeah I mean if you're buying it brand new I wouldn't have a problem leaving it for a week or two, but buying it used and leaving it at a guys house for two weeks while I wait for a transporter wouldn't work too well.
They must have sold it to someone else cause I haven't heard back. Told them I was coming to see it tomorrow. There is another person selling a ford 3400 with loader and also a fork attachment. Looks good in the pics, but she won't take less than 7K. I don't think a 45 year old tractor is worth...
Will this move a 7000 pound boat around on a trailer?
Here's a link to the specs. I'm just looking for some opinions on this tractor.
