Here are some photos of log grapple just finished, but not painted yet, that can be used on the front or back of the PT425. Attaches with standard tow bar square tubing and pivots in all directions as needed. It pivots 90 plus degrees depending on needs by just opening the jaws and nudging the...

PT425 Subaru Starter Blow Out @ 29 Hours

New PT 425 with Subaru EH72. Hitachi Starter solenoid decides not to disengage at 29 hours. How unfortunate. I shut the motor off and the starter motor is still cranking until I could get a wrench and get a terminal off battery. Bench tested and did the same thing, once powered... would not...

Power Track 1430 Power and Stability

OK I have been talked out of the PT425 by very experienced and informed owners on this forum who own and work them. Now looking at suggested PT 1430 and also considering building my own articulated set up with a Deutz or Kubota engine and super low center of gravity and wider stance to suit...

2425 VS 425 Power Trac for new buyer

Does anyone here own a 2425 and use it in the wood or any sloped areas? I'm thinking that one of these models is what I need to take care of 7 acres in Tenn. I think that I would find the lower seating position more advantageous to what I'm going to use it for especially in the hills. I used...
