I’ve narrowed it down to this connector, replaced the o-ring which was hard as a rock. It leaks from the bottom of what I can only describe as the pump discharge line. When I put it under load it gets worse.. a lot worse. I checked the body of the valve and didn’t see any cracks. And the angle...

I have not identified yet, the last time it had this exact same symptom they found it needed replacement so that’s what I was running off of. As soon as I have a chance I’ll clean it up and do some more investigating to see if I can find the exact source incase the cause has changed.
