Can anyone give me a part number for the rear hydraulic drain plug, or the size, thread etc? I bought this tractor and was changing fluid and noticed previous owner put a broken sensor of some type in as the drain plug and it has to much wiggle when putting in back in. Thanks

I found i can jiggle the key in the ignition switch and the engine dies and starts up. There is a short in the switch.

Forgot, mower is about 14 years old and it's the original starter on it.

I did notice today after starting, the starter and positive lead to starter was very hot. Is this a sign of bad starter? Thanks

Engine can be cold or hot, it cranks like a dead battery whenever the choke is used and I have to use choke every time I start mower.

When I disconnected fuel line from carburetor it was flowing out. It is getting fuel.

My problem, have to use choke to start, even when it's hot. It cranks very slow only when choke is on. Cranks normal with choke off, but it won't start without the choke, it doesn't need choke to stay running.i have changed plugs, fuel pump, coils, cleaned out carburetor, adjusted valves...

Tractor will run all day but when it gets hot and you shut off at key, it won't restart until it cools down. The tractor seems to what to start but doesn't, just pops like it is going to start then it dies. Thinking it is a fuel issue. I know it is getting fuel in carburetor. Any ideas please?

Also, I noticed when I took the distributor cap off it looked like gold dust in there, what caused that, guess it's from the rotor?

Also, is there a fuel pump on this tractor or is it gravity feed?

Just purchased tractor, noticed previous owner put an inline fuel filter on it. Would that interfere with fuel flow since it already has the glass bowl with screen filter in it? Just adjusted points, noticed top contact seemed alot shorter in height than bottom contact, that caused by burning...

It turns over like normal, just won't start until is cools off.

When my tractor runs for a while and turn off it won't start again until it cools off, what could cause this? Thanks
