With the addition of a 2016 3500 dually dump body I've decided having a 3/4 ton as a daily driver makes less sense. The power wagon has been a great vehicle and has done everything I've asked of it but I now have a dedicated truck for towing and hauling. I still need a truck for day to day use...
I don't like the trucks that are lifted and pavement queens like the ones in the start of this thread but saying a lifted truck is useless is just wrong.

The power wagon in the vid is pretty close to stock. I think he's running 35s instead of the stock...
Here's what I use. Never had a problem with a trailer lifting as the tongue weight would have to be negative 900+ lbs.Iif I felt that could be any issue with the trailer I would be moving I'd chain the links to the draw bar.
Exactly!
Seen this one the other day too. He wasn't going far I seen him turn down a housing development. I'm not sure it's over loaded but picking rocks like them out of fields for years now I feel like there is too much weight for that little trailer.
Yes they still offer the manual transmission but only with the diesel. The 4500 and up the manual is rated to tow and haul more than the auto. It hasn't been that way for a while and it's nice to see that again. I would have loved to have got a manual in my last new truck but DEF will keep me...
You may want to look at other brands that sounds really high for a used truck. I bought this 3500 C&C ram with a custom built dump bed with fold down sides and gooseneck hitch for much less and its new. Oh and I custom ordered the truck too.
Thought I'd post this for the people that are unlucky enough to live in a state that makes getting pure gas a pain. Notice I went with the cheapest option. I have no issue running E10 in my daily drivers.
My T5050 is just physically too tall for the box blade. The first time I hooked it up I had to jack the front of the box blade up and put blocks under the front edge on both sides. It's been a hassle to hook up and unhook. I ended up getting a quick hitch for my tractor and it works well on...
I was looking over stock articles today and seen this Judge: Sanction for Samsung's leak of Apple secrets is public shaming - Apple 2.0 -Fortune Tech just wanted to see what thoughts you guys have on this.
No matter what you do with tires, trans, rear end or anything else you want to do is going to change the fact that the for peaks at 2400 rpm and will be loosing power as the rpms climb going up a hill which results in loosing speed. The long relatively flat torque curve of the hemi makes power...
Really I have to call you on this one. 2003 for 250 with 5.4 max torque at 2400 rpm but only a gutless pig 263 ft lbs. The 2003 ram that you said didn't make any power till 4,000 rpms has actually a very nice torque curve making more torque than the max the ford makes at 1500 rpm. Yes the ford...
