    I'm the same way about mechanical injected diesels I prefer a manual shut down to a electric one myself. All my older tractors have mechanical shut offs and even my 1990 dodge truck with a cummins has a mechanical shut down now... I gutted the inside of the electric shut off as it started...

    So we bought a kioti ck2610 a few years ago new after maybe a couple hundred hours it developed a very annoying problem. It would randomly just die like it was starving for fuel. Of course the first culprit was the fuel filter, then checking the tank for obstructions in the tank... example...
