I have just bought a 1610d in the UK. Is it acceptable to use Super Universal Tractor Oil (SUTO) for engine, transmission and hydraulics. Or must I use separate specific fluids?

I am in the UK and have a Yanmar 1610D. Can anyone point me in the direction of a reliable source of oil, air and fuel filters? If anyone can also confirm appropriate part numbers, that would be wonderful.
