In response to rScotty, the starter does engage when I do straight from the battery. Doesn’t start but the gear drive does clicr into place. Also notice none o my lights work

To sumarize my current state. Turn key dash lights come on. No sound, no clicks etc heard no start. With key in start position through ignition switch starter gets no voltage. If I by pass ignition with jumper starter gets 12.34 volts but does not do anything. I have replaced ground cable...

when you say the battery jumper cable do you mean actually jumper cables or a wire that’s all ready there? Also replaced starter, ignition switch and timer relay since the post. Also took the battery in for testing still no Start.
