Backhoe Going to buy a #7 backhoe

I ran into a big problem with 2 of the hinge pins in the bucket, they were completely frozen in place. 20 ton press couldn't do anything so I had to bore out each pin from each side as deep as I could go with drills and boring bar. What a nightmare. Case hardened pins. 4 days it took to get them...

Backhoe Going to buy a #7 backhoe

Well 14 months later its actually bolted to the 750. All that is left is a few bolts in fenders and put new seals in the stabilizer cylinders.

Ok, I found this. There is a plug in there so the loader will work.

Backhoe Going to buy a #7 backhoe

Well I finally jury rigged enough hydraulic hoses and fittings to finally see the hoe move a small amount. But I had to unhook my loader. Remember back in post #24 the pic I posted on how the bucket is connected? So I guess both of the top hoses has pressure. This Bush Hog loader has 3 hoses...

Backhoe Going to buy a #7 backhoe

I have to keep those hoses pictured for my loader. Thats why I assumed I need to T off to have power to both. Unless I use quick disconnects and change everytime I want to use either loader or backhoe.

Backhoe Going to buy a #7 backhoe

Where I am lost is on the hydraulics. I have a Bush Hog 1840QT loader and it is connected as shown. 3 hoses. I am assuming the one hose I have the arrow on is the return as it goes into the side of the transmission down next to my left leg. The two hoses connected under the seat are both...

Backhoe Going to buy a #7 backhoe

So a year later....I have started to modify the sub frame. This one pic was taken last summer of me unloading the hoe off the trailer. It is so heavy the loader was maxed out.

Backhoe  Going to buy a #7 backhoe

I have my late dads JD 750 that we have had forever and I have always wanted a backhoe for it. The Bush Hog front end loader has seen a lot of use over the years. I found a #7 backhoe that looks to be in great shape. Thing is it is coming off of a 955 tractor. So is it going to be hard to find...
