Dealer is no help ,think I will try myself. What do I need for TNT for my Box blade?

Just bought a 3039r

Just bought a 3039r with cab.had dealer install rear tilt and a grapple.dealer has had tractor for 2 weeks now, they say they can not get the rear hydraulics to work with the grapple.are they blowing me smoke,what is going on?
