I find myself doing the same thing so l use my Atv as a rolling toolbox. Put everything in the back that l might need as well as a piece of wood to use as a work bench. Works great.
They do make exhaust extension hoses out of flexible metal which we used in the fire department. It does get super hot as the scar on my arm shows. You would just have to run it through a fire proof exit in the shed wall and have plenty of fresh air coming in. Should work fine.

Got a question ! The flange on starter broke off because nut loosened up and it contacted flywheel. I heard some grinding and shut it down but worried about the broken pieces that fell next to flywheel. Is there an easy way to get those pieces out. Maybe a inspection or timing hole somewhere...
