I've driven that far many times on the road,amazing how much I missed buzzing down the road real fast in a vehicle.Heck I'm sure I put that many miles on a tractor some days in the hay field doing things like mowing and raking.Just make sure you have all your fluids in the tractor up to snuff...
I've been using corn head grease in gearboxes like that for over 25 years,no problem so far.You could always add a little gear oil to thin the grease if you wanted.New Holland for example originally used gear oil in their hay rake gearboxes but now say to use corn head grease.
I'd say you probably won't be happy with it in the long run,I have a Cub Cadet 7000 diesel 20HP great tractor to use around the farm and good in the garden but definitely not hoss enough for me to do some of the things you listed.For bigger jobs I get on my larger tractors,also using a tractor...
