Took the pump off today, and found the previous owner has stripped two of the 4 bolts holding the pump together. So looks like my options are to either A)get a seal kit and helicoil the two holes or B)Find a new pump. I ordered the ebay pump and it came in today, but it is not the correct...

You don’t have any experience with the eBay pumps in the ~$300 range do you? It’s looking like over $1k for a Kioti pump but eBay has a few listed for ck25 for under 300.

So got the new PRV in today, and put it on. It made no difference. Still Sitting around 1200psi. I am thinking I've got a bad pump.

I was able to track down a new PRV for less than $100 that should be here Monday. I will post an update once I try the new valve. I assume if that does not fix the issue, it is more than likely the hydraulic pump, correct? Is it common for a hydraulic pump to die out after 650 hours?

So I took apart and cleaned the RV this morning, which raised the pressure to 1300-1500psi. So it did seem to help. However, the poppet(?) seemed to have uneven wear on the cone where it would seat in the valve which makes me think it could be leaking by.
