Ford 1520(HST)/1620 or 1920 with SSS. You'll find that power shift is out of your price range, but on small acreages it's too handy to pass on HST imo. My daughter lost her mind when I posted the 1620 for sale after the purchase of a 2910!

No. Edit... I'd suggest you purchase an appreciating asset. Late nineties to now cubs(or most any other mower) are like disposable plastic silverware. Plenty of battery-electric options out there finally coming into your price range if you want modern, but don't forget about classics with value...

Easily maneuver in those spaces, just watch your head and exhuast :) Awesome tractor for what you have indicated it will be used for, except (sorry, a lot of excepts...) it might have emissions crap on it. If you have time to keep looking, I'd suggest avoiding emissions.
