Dealers Not Accepting Some Brands on Trade

I expect used machines for sure. New machines will depend on a lot of factors. Probably the most important is total inventory to sales. If the manufacturers don't build more machines than the market will absorb (and they are very good about this), then they won't be very likely to reduce...

which grease for slow & fast bearings & bushings

In my mind lithium or calcium grease are adequate for all four of your needs. I have used lithium for all of those uses without issues. I am currently switching to an anhydrous calcium grease for all of those uses and I expect it will perform fine. I purchased it in bulk to try to save a...

Dealers Not Accepting Some Brands on Trade

The difficulty for dealers taking machines as trade-ins has relatively little to do with brand affiliation and everything to do with the change in interest rates over the last 18 months. Everything on the dealers' lots is financed either by bank loans to the dealer or by the manufacturers...

Somebody saws off the drawbar.

    Ridiculous brand name

Another of my favorites is the Daihatsu Charade. If you've ever been in one of these things, you'll know the name "Charade" could not be any more appropriate. Daihatsu Charade - Wikipedia

    TYM T754 for Round Baling?

I'm not opposed to switching to a smaller baler like a 504 if I need to do that. I'm just not sure if even a 504 is still too big for the tractor. I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on the tractor, and just trying it out on the baler I have and seeing how it feels. If the 604 is too...

    Ridiculous brand name

I always have found the Bimbo Bakeries name pretty entertaining. Home I also find the fact that they sell pretoasted bread packaged and sold at room temperature pretty amusing. Do you take home your pretoasted bread and warm it up in the microwave? Or do you heat it up like a pop tart in the...

    Kioti NX5510 Wheel Specs

I've thought about doing just that, but I don't really know how much hassle or expense I might be signing up for. I'll dig a little deeper into that option as time allows.

    Mossimo mini tractor

I think the neon green paint and single front headlight really adds to the effect here. 😂 Maybe some green under body lighting would trick it out. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

    TYM T754 for Round Baling?

What advantage do you see with the wider and taller tires? I didn't think they'd make much difference outside of load capacity and the tread pattern.

Roughly how much does the tractor weigh? Do you have hills that you use it on?

    TYM T754 for Round Baling?

Ballasted I'm expecting the T754 to be around 8300lbs, maybe more with some cast wheel weights added. Do you think that is enough? I'm kinda thinking it would be marginal, but I don't have enough experience with that size of tractor to say with any certainty and I've never pulled a 5x4 baler...

    Mossimo mini tractor

That is quite the item! Maybe if its got a drawbar it could pull a garden cart? Otherwise it could make for some interesting racing. :)

    TYM T754 for Round Baling?

It's not overly common, but it is out there. Tym lists 540/1000 as an option for the T754 and LS has it as standard for their MT573CPS which is almost the same size. I know some of the older CIH tractors in that size range had it too.

    TYM T754 for Round Baling?

No, you're right, I am thinking about baling with a T754. I'd like to move the 2590 off to a new home. I'm just worried about the T754 being too small. Vermeer specs for the 604 Classic baler 60 pto hp minimum and 80 hp recommended. For the 504 Classic they claim 40hp minimum and 50...
