What advantage do you see with the wider and taller tires? I didn't think they'd make much difference outside of load capacity and the tread pattern.

It's not overly common, but it is out there. Tym lists 540/1000 as an option for the T754 and LS has it as standard for their MT573CPS which is almost the same size. I know some of the older CIH tractors in that size range had it too.
