    Ballast Rear Ballast

Cheapest ballast you can make here. Barrel of concrete with a drawbar through it. I used to use the tiller as ballast but didn't like the idea of having a $2,000 implement on all the time when going through the woods and possibly hitting a tree with it

    Help with a Grapple

Sounds like it will work great for what you want it for. I too chose a different manufacturer because of price and wait time. This one I ordered from a manufacturer in North Carolina as well (carolina attachments) and it's worked great, looks like a similar design. I only sent with a 48 inch...

72" snow blower and 35 hp?

I run a 72 inch 3 pt blower with 30 hp at the pto. It's been a good setup especially this year, one of the worst winters in northern MN I've seen in years. Speed is definitely key though, you have to creep through the really deep packed stuff. I use it on my 1/5 mile driveway doing half to...

    Thumb The Thumb question

Everythingattachments.com sells 3rd function kits that are tractor specific. Very easy to install. It comes with all hoses and hardware. Here's a pic of my grapple after installing the 3rd function. Installed the kit in less than an hour

    Grapple Opinions Again

I got the same one just smaller and single lid. I love it, they are built pretty stout and do a great job on brush clean up and log hauling.

I dont know which type of grapple to buy, help!

This is what I purchased. My tractors a little smaller than yours,a kubota l3800 and I've picked up huge piles of brush and branches with this thing. I ordered it from carolina attachments and it's built pretty stout. Great for hauling logs and using like a saw horse for cutting them up too.

    3 pt Snow Blower

You will be totally fine with a 72 inch blower. I have the same blower your looking at from Northern tool. My tractor is a l3800 (38 horsepower) and it handles the 6 foot blower no problem. Like you I thought hard and did alot of research and it's a great blower for the price. My driveway is...

    Grapple vs forks

I use the grapple far more than my forks for brush/tree clean up. Not sure on your tractor size your considering but I just have a 48" single cylinder grapple from carolina attachments. Cost was only $900 and it's built here in the USA and seems to be built pretty stout. I spent about $1700...

    Grabble recommendation

Check out carolina attachments. Their grapples are American made and very well made and priced. I searched all over before buying one on ebay through a carolina attachments dealer. I went small, 48" but it's built like a tank, weighs about 400 lbs. I've hauled piles of brush, huge diameter...
