got a long tractor, I mix 20 weight oil in the hydraulic oil reservoir. Ive drain it and refill with hydraulic oil what else should i do

what should I do. Its a long tractor I've drain the hydraulic tank, replace with hydraulic oil, but it seem i have no hydraulic pressure to lift the bucket. Should I bleed all the hydraulic lines and the drain the hydraulic tank again?
