6 Lug to 8 Lug Wheel Adaptors

I am not talking about a 5K series, I am talking about a 2002 John Deere 4210 compact tractor that is 28 HP with E-Hydro. The rear hubs are 6x6 bolt pattern which is a small skid steer hub. I want to put 15-19.5 tire and wheel on the back and I have found a set of 19.5 inch diameter wheels...

6 Lug to 8 Lug Wheel Adaptors

Does anyone know if you can buy 6 to 8 lug wheel Adaptors for a JD 4210. I am wanting to put 15-19.5 wheels on the back and I have found a set of wheels that are 8 lug, but my tractor is 6 lug. Are both of these bolt patterns the same as Skid Steer hubs? Thanks for you help.

    Will a 300E Loader fit on a 4210 CUT?

Does anyone know if a 300e loader fit on a 4210 CUT? Thanks

    5x25 vs 5095M

In my experience, the M series is built heavier with heavier hydraulics and more amenities in the cab than other 5000 series models. I know that they have full frames under them when others like my 56083e use the engine block as part of the frame structure. I always wanted an M series, but...

    John Deere 5525 electrical problem

I had this exact same issue last week on my 5083e, and it was the cold start sensor. Unplugged it, and it fired right up and ran fine. Went to the dealer and got the sensor, and he said he had sold 3 of those the day I was there. Talked to the service manager and he said most people just...

    JD 2640 Tire/Wheel Size Options?

Agreed with above. If your current wheels are fine, I would use them. Since you have 18.4-30's now, you more than likely have 16 inch wide wheels. A 16.9-30 will not like being on a wheel that wide. If you are tubeless, then you will have a difficult time getting that tire to pop out. If...

    New (to me) 4100

I might give it a try. Would like to find a 420 loader for it that is for sure. It would be much handier with a loader.

    New (to me) 4100

Wow!! what a difference you made. It looks great. Are you going to paint the back half as well? I just acquired a 4210 which is very similar to yours except where yours is metal mine is plastic, and the plastic is faded and broken in places. It only has 700 hrs on it and it is 20 years old...

    Alliance 550

Those tires will do very good in snow. They also have steel belts in them, so it is harder to poke things through them than a nylon tire. Not impossible, but harder to do. Be sure to air them down to get more footprint on the ground for better traction, especially in snow. I am not sure...

    ATV Tubeless Tire Repair

The hardest part of that task is breaking the beads down off the seats and getting the tire off the rim without destroying it. Many ATV wheels have humps in the rim that act sort of like bead locks. That is what allows you to run such low air pressures without the bead falling off the rim. I...

    Tire/wheel swap on 4200

If they are both 23x8.50, you will be fine. The Overall diameter is what you have to be careful of when changing tires on a MFWD tractor. It looks like you are good to go. The new tires will have 2 inches of sidewall less than the old ones. Hopefully the bolt pattern and hub circle are the...

New To Me 4210 CUT Questions

I recently acquired a 2002 4210 MFWD EHydro from my father in law. It has 700 hours on it. I have several questions about so I will list them. When I brought it home, I changed the Antifreeze, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, and Oil and Filter, and topped off the Hydraulic fluid. 1. I have run it...

JD2010 dies when temp hits "normal"

It sure sounds electrical to me as well. If it is just flat dying with no sputter, its hard to believe it is fuel related. The symptoms you describe fit a coil failure to a tee. Is it possible that the new coil is failing? If you don't have a resistor inline feeding the coil, then maybe it...

    Got the F-20 running

I just saw several F-20's in running condition on an auction on Big Iron. They cheated and push started them instead of cranking them. I don't blame them. Neat old tractors. That sale had a bunch of old Farmalls on it. Some restored and some not, but every single one them started and ran...

    Front tires caused axle failure...?

I think there might have been two things going on here. One is if the tires were set way out, they can absolutely tear up the bearings. If the bearings fail, then they can take out the gears and other components with chunks of metal floating in the oil and having a lot more slop or play in the...
