    Depth of footing for tractor shed?

    if I understand this correctly.....the retaining wall will become part of the rear wall of your shed and not separate from the building.....if this is correct then the retaining wall will be considered part of your building and thus the foundation for it would need to be below frost...

    had a pyrenees who was an escape artist.......he could clear a 5 foot fence like a dear.......installed a 7 foot high chain link fence with the last foot angled in like a prison fence......that solved the problem.......Jack

    I have the 2425 and also live in the mountains with a long drive thats steep in sections......I can't say that I've ever felt unstable going up and down a hill......now would I go side to side on a hill....oh hell no......lol.......personally I have found I have more grading ability by back...

    from the pictures it doesn't look like you have a surface water problem it looks like you have a subsurface water problem.....meaning high water table......that will fluctuate throughout the year and if that is the case then I'd recommend talking to the locals and see what they do as the local...

    I don't know why I didn't think of this years ago......just used some bungee cord to strap on a piece of plywood on the pallet forks then strapped on a gas leaf blower.....the pallet forks will raise and lower as well as tilt and side to side can be accomplished by turning the steering...

    Western Washington snow storm: first plowing in 6 years

    the plow on the 400 series is 5 ft so with normal snow I will set it perpendicular to the tractor and plow a 5 ft wide swath right down the center of the drive.....once I angle the blade fully this reduces the effective plowing width down to 30" - 36" and I plow the remaining snow on each side...

    Replaced engine on my PT422

    on mine the pumps are bolted together and then the rear flange is bolted to the engine mount....there are no brackets or seats it just cantilevers off the flange bolts ....Jack
