Can't get reverse to work. No grinding or any movement at all. Also 1st gear is grinding. Where do I began?

I'm new to the forum with a 2004 Jinma JM 220 tractor. I am in the Indianola, Ms. area and need lots of help. This is all new to me. Thanks
