My L3400 won't start

I want to replace the hydraulic pump on my Jinma 354 with a E-320 hydraulic pump. Will the increased flow result in a higher pressure on the system so that I will have to adjust my relief valve? It is set at 2350psi now and everything works good but a little slooooow. Thanks , Jinmared

I am thinking about changing the hard hydraulic lines over to hoses, That is the line from the pump and the line to the pump. I want to change out the OEM hydraulic pump to one with larger capacity and this would make it a lot easier to do. anybody have an opinion on this idea?

I want to replace the packing in the cylinder(it has a drip leak). I have the cylinder off and I need to know how to get the cylinder apart so I can replace the packing rings. Do both ends of the cylinder unscrew? I can see that the tie rod end will unscrew(maybe). thanks
