what would you call the high range for normal heat?

last week i disk for a couple hours. but most of the time I'm mowing.

i was thinking it could be something like this, just wasn't sure how to track it down.

5 years on fluid. fluid still looks clean . it was getting hot before i changed it last time. just got a filter to change it again and try a different oil.

After using the tractor for a long period of time the transmission gets extremely hot. its a 12/12 shuttle shift. what could be causing this?
