So you’re saying that if I try to lift something really heavy with the 3ph, and I have plenty of ballast on the front to hold it down, the hydraulics will max out before the 3ph lift arms would break? I have always assumed that was true, but haven’t personally taken it to that point, therefore...

Something I’ve worried about and is related to this topic: what is the breaking point for the lift arms of the 3ph? They seem to be made of cast iron and I can easily lift the front of the tractor with a heavy weight on the 3ph. Has anyone ever broken one of these arms?

I run a 5ft King Kutter behind my Kubota bx 25d - plenty of power even in my rocky New England soil. The thing is a tank- thick steel throughout, hard to imagine damaging it.
