I'm looking at buying an excavator, but had a few concerns I was wondering if anyone would like to help me with. How expensive to repack a cylinder, as one appears to be leaking. There is a tank(?) under the hydraulic manifold that seems to be leaking- anyone thoughts on its repair/replacement...

New to tractors, but am looking to buy this 1964 IH 606. Can anyone tell me if this "knuckle" is part of the fast hitch system, is it for the top bar? Thanks, Jon
