Bought a D1800 at an auction and 3pt wouldn't work. Cleaned filter, replaced oil and changed pump now it lifts as soon as you start cranking and seems to lift too high with arms hitting the seat. Will not lower unless I unscrew the valve under the seat until oil starts flowing. I've played...
