2210 only has 1 fuel filter in the separator assembly and no lift pump. I suspect, due to age of the tractor, that the fuel tank outlet is restricted. You could pull the tank or take the hose off the fuel pump inlet and check for flow and, if restricted, use air to blow it back.

I vote for checking voltage to each glow plug and if OK, bench testing the glow plugs. They don't last forever.

Use jumper cables and see if it cranks. My old 2305's positive cable corroded inside the insulation and the cheap end was half rotted through. I had to put a new end on it. Independent lift option would cure your problem.

Mowing 7 acres with a 60C deck would take 4-6 hours so it will get hot. Your tractor doesn't have an "oil cooler". The transmission is air cooled. Check the fan on the rear of the driveshaft for broken blades or if it spins freely on the driveshaft spline.
