I don't know if I understand this correctly. Here in Norway it is NOK 21.47 per litre. It will be USD 2.0 per litre. And the krone exchange rate is 10.71 NOK = 1 USD So if I am in the US and buy a Gallon, it will cost me NOK 45, or NOK 171 to fix a litre.
