    Phase one of the Perka barn

    I am finally getting around to posting a pic of this last summers project I built to keep some of the weather off our fiver. It is only phase one of the barn with lean-to's cupola and siding to follow. It is 24x42 with 18' eaves and a 10/12 roof pitch.

    It took a while but I finally finished it. The cylinder and hoses came from a Quality Farm and Country closing sale the link end from my dealer and bought the fittings and couplers new. The block on the tractor end was made by a tool and die freind and the other end welded by a welder...

    Different breeds working together

    Last saturday another TBN'er, TAB came over with his L35 and dug the footings for my garage. It worked out great, as he would dig it out I would scoop it up and pile it out of the way.The tractors were together all day and never fought once.

    Light Help

    I have been looking for someone that still makes this style of farm light. It is a shade approx. 12"-14" in diameter with a porcelin socket and a threaded hub that will take 1/2 pipe for mounting to a wall or ceiling. Does anyone have any ideas?
