Hopefully these pics show what the pump looks like. My finger is pointing at where the slight leak is. I can't find any other markings on the pump, except the attached metal tag in the original post.

Looking up what you said about it being a Hypro pump, it does resemble one of them. I've got to go to a family 90th birthday for the next couple days, but when I get back I will take/attach some more pics. (It's about a 5 hr drive away)
