Wow its been almost 4 years since Ive posted on this board but Im back once again. I seem to be having problems with my L35. The transmission is not shifting during selecting gears or when trying to move forwards or backwards. The hydraullic level is fine and the loader and backhoe hydraullics...

    Tranny Problems.....L35

On my L35 the transmission seems to take a lot longer to engage than it should. It also does not shift smoothly and rather seems like it is jammed into gear. I checked the hydraullic oil and everything seems fine. Anybody have any ideas on this>?

    Where's the Snow???

Where\'s the Snow??? I dont know about the rest of you New Englanders but down here in Massachusetts it has felt like Mid May rather than Dec 1! This trend of middle 50's (and no end in site) is starting to take its toll on my soul. I have my plow all ready and my eyes plastered to the heavens...

    Ordered new Curtis Plow!

I put in my order for a new Curtis plow yesterday. Dealer said it should arrive in a week and will be ready and all holes cut for the following week. I went with the 6 1/2 foot plow. AT first I thought I would need the 7 1/2 with a 28" moldboard but the 24" looks plenty tall enough. Ahhhhhhh...

    Cab Installation

I have a quick and simple question regarding any soft sided cab installed on a tractor... When the dealer (or whoever installs it) puts in the front windshield, do parts need to be welded to any area of the tractor? Is the windshield removable? Thanks for your replies The Ben from MA

    Mounting Damage????

I have had my backhoe off since last month and decided to put it back on today after many completed tasks with the grader blade. The Backhoe is always a pain to put on my L35 since everything has to be lined up perfectly. If you dont line it up correctly the backhoe could wind up in a contorted...

    Tractoring Across the USA

Here is a picture I discovered in my British Car magazine. It is an article of a man named Gary Hatter from Maine who injured his back and needed to find a way to fund money for a surgical operation. What better way than to drive across the US in a BX2200?? It took him 260 days and 14,954 miles...

    Field Process

I looked out on our field today and noticed there was still piles upon piles of small rocks, the largest ones no bigger than a size 9 shoe. However, the rocks are ever present. I did my best raking and raking over and over to get rid of the rocks and a large construction company who was dumping...

    FEL Plow...

I have seen manytimes on highways large yellow industrial backhoes with front plows attached to the bucket of the FEL which allows them to plow without taking off the bucket. I have been looking around for a company that makes these for compact tractors and I feel I am out of luck. Does anyone...
