Traveller "premium tractor trans/hydraulic fluid" meets the spec. Or use case Hy-Tran, or jd Hy-Gard. Easy enough to come by. Don't put in 303 or ISO fluid.

Without a photo it's hard to say. Find a good welder who can weld cast iron? You don't have to use Mahindra loader valve, although an aftermarket one will mount and feel different.

You would need TSC's "premium tractor hydraulic fluid" so that it meets j20c spec. Alternatively you can get Shell Rotella HD tractor hydraulic and transmission fluid that's currently only about $130 for 5 gallons at TSC and then you don't have to worry about it.

If it's mahindra 006016642V91 then supposedly a Napa Gold 1324 or a wix 51523 cross references to it. But I wouldn't chance it until the tractor is out of warranty.

You can put a big 12v DC capacitor on the sprayer to take the startup surge out. A bigger battery would help too if you can fit one. But it kinda sounds like your alternator might be getting weak.
