Anyone know what the correct tire pressure is supposed to be for a Mahindra 4035?
I will be honest that I haven't been checking the pressure too often . . . and I can't find it listed either on the tractor or in the Owner's Manual.
I can see the 'do not exceed' pressures on the tires . . . I...
I have a County Line PHD that I bought new way back in 2012. Used it a few times in the first few years of ownership then just stored it. For the first 6 years of it's life I stored it hanging upright. No problems. Then in 2018 I moved and the PHD came along. But it layed on its side for the...
This last weekend I was dumping some boards over the edge of a roll-off dumpster and did a not-so-smart thing. I tilted the bucket so that a small (fortunately) piece of particle board came back towards the operator station.
Fortunately for me it hit right at the top of the dash. Unfortunately...
After several false starts, wife and I are ready to start working on turning our retirement property into something more than just a weekend destination.
The first task is to get 2-3 acres of what is now non-productive hay fields into better shape so that it can be used for various gardening...
The time has come to load my Mahindra 4035 with Backhoe on a trailer. Already know the weights and have a suitable tow vehicle.
Right now my tractor is sitting 150 miles away from me and I forgot to do one thing before I left it this weekend - I did not measure it from backhoe bucket to loader...
Looking for opinions of the Electronic Fuel Injection option for the Cub Cadet XT1 lawn tractors.
Seems that the EFI option adds about $300-$350 to the price.
I can see advantages to this . . . but is it really worth an extra $300?
Thanks
Martin
Have decided that we want to add a King Kutter 72" Tiller to our toolbox. They are $2400 delivered on EA but there are two different dealers who stock them locally where I can just pick them up. They both sell them for about $1850 but this Saturday only I can get them at one of the places for...
I've seen 'Rock Buckets' for use on the FEL as well as "Skeleton Buckets". What's the difference? Why would you want to use one instead of the other?
Thanks
Martin
I have some land in SE Oklahoma that is typical OK red clay. Except I have the added fun of having a large amount of rocks. When I dig down with my BH a couple of feet, I will find everything from golf ball size rocks to some the size of a soccer ball. (Fortunately not too many of the later!)...
According to the specs of my 4035HST, my FEL has a lift capacity to Full Height of 2400 pounds measured at the pivot pins.
Does anyone know if this 2400 payload is in addition to the standard 72" bucket on the FEL?
Or would I need to subtract the weight of the bucket (about 325#) from the...
I am seriously considering adding one of these Country Manufacturing 2 Ton Wagons to my herd.
Utility Dump Wagons & Trailers for ATV, lawn and garden by CMI.
They say they accept a standard agriculture hydraulic 24" stroke cylinder (up to 4" bore). Any suggestions for where to get this...
Does anyone happen to know what the ground clearance is for a 4035HST? Mine is 100 miles away or I would just go an measure it. I don't see this number on any of the Mahindra info on line. What I am really wanting to do is to place a 5 gallon bucket under the tractor for changing the oil and...
Next weekend I am planning on doing the 50 hour service on my Mahindra 4035HST. I plan on buying my new hydraulic fluid in 5 gallon buckets, but I am left with how to get the new fluid into the tractor. Since I don't expect to be doing this more than once a year, I don't want to spend a lot of...
I have had my Bradco 485 frame-mounted backhoe on my Mahindra 4035 for about 6 months. Love the backhoe. But I was wondering how others with a similar setup get up on to their backhoe.
With the 485 on my very tall 4035 tractor, the 'platform' on to which I have to step up on to from the ground...
I have a Mule 610 that has about 650 hours on it. For the last 6-8 weeks, I have had occasional issues with starting.
My first thought was that it might be the battery. Not knowing how old it was (I have only owned it for about 9 months) I decided to change it.
That didn't help. The weather...
