what series of machine are we looking at?

many years ago picked up a Bobcat grader, its lighter than the current models, after using it sor 10 plus years I still yet to gea a answer does one float or not when grading, it has the rotate, tilt the height is set by the tilt cylinders working together, the price Im sure is north of 15K

that sure looks like it was made for the machine, will order up a couple next week

i would say yes,

if you indeed want the bucket to tilt more before I played with the linkage get a quick adaptor plate, weld it 90 degrees to the ground on the bucket then fab reinforcement at the top, this way the tilt would increase when at full lift, you would loose curl back when filling the bucket depending...

agree, looked at mine and it will tip the underside of bucket past 90 degrees to ground when full height, all I can think of either he has a seizing pin, something obstructing the mechanics or his bucked has a odd angle to the back mounting,

Iv used bucket tilt to get out of snow many times and does go past 45 closer 90, what angle is on the bucket mount, that will change how far you can tilt with only 45 degrees with arms lowered when lifted it would be difficult to dump bucket, is the cylinder doing full stroke?

first without getting my old service manual out do not recall how its wired, get in the machine, turn key but do not start and select 4 wheel steer and listen if there is a click from a relay, if it does select switch back, guessing there will be no click. does this machine have diff lock? will...

no idea about aftermarket fenders, is it the original switch? as for the function, are you saying when you start the machine its in 2 wheel steer but if you engage when running it will not disengage? both axles are steering when driving?

thats a series A? my series A had many issues, if its been a issue for some time my guess would be first check the switch on the console, does your machine have diff lock? diff lock will not engage if rear wheels are not centered

just looked in my service manual, mine is a 2020 5600 and the manual says raise the box and support, remove the filler neck from fender then move it out the way, then remove the fender to gain access to the battery
