I'm updating my own post. I drilled a 1/8" hole through the overrunning clutch assembly with a carbide drill bit. Use solid carbide; anything else will dull quickly. You can get a cheap bit on ebay. You will be using a short bit; it's very close to a clearance limit depending on your drill...
