I would not waste my time trying to get that valve fixed. It doesn't have load checks and it is two lever. Get a joy stick valve, you well like it a lot better if you match the valve GPM with the tractor.

You might check in the loader valve the load check, also check the can on the end of that spool.

I think the turbo is oiled by the engine oil, at least the ones I seen. But keep in mine I have a marine back ground. The engine well ran away if crankcase is way over filled. It well start suck oil out the crankcase and as it speeds up and before it blows apart there is only one way to stop it...

Never heard what the dealer is saying before. Did he check the hyd pump? If not be careful, check oil after a few short time running. It could run away on you, sounded like it almost did.
