Here’s the pic of where handle broke off so you see the shaft sticking out that’s where I can put pipe wrench on and move to lift up and down.You can see where its rusty im thinking that shaft is hard to move Because it’s that way but do you think kroil oil may get it working freely again
There’s about 3 inches of the shaft that goes into control box sticking out where it broke at end where it bolted on to rockshaft handle and I’m able to get a pipe wrench on to raise up and down
I’m thinking the shaft for #5-10 is seized and would let it turn much causing the pto not to raise or lower so is there a way to get the shaft to free up

First off pto got hard to raise up and down and then handle started getting hard to move.I can still raise it with a pipe wrench but was told to put kroil on it and should turn easily
