I was able to get the tractor to start. It will run for about 10 seconds and then it shuts down as if out of fuel.
I am sure that this has something to do with the fuel injector lines mentions above.
Thoughts.

Apparently the fuel pump went out and the result is that the tractor ran out of fuel.
replaced fuel pump. still tries to crank but not starting.
I let the air out of the fuel filter assembly.
