Works best if I wait about 30 seconds or so to restart. No clutch. No difference if operator is in seat or not. Same results if tractor is cold or hot. Does not act fuel starved, shuts off immediately.

Shutdown is immediate, no stuttering or decreasing rpms. It's like someone turned off the key.
