General update.
Again, thanks for all the ideas and suggestions. What a great community to be a part of. I feel like the whole group is invested in helping solve me problem which is pretty cool. Not a single snarky or rude comment which isn't normal when asking questions online.
I leveled the...
The wing cylinders are smaller diameter than the center cylinder, but appear to be the same size. The first two cylinders in series (center and right wing) seem to phased correctly now, just the last cylinder (left wing) is still off.
Found in the manual the rephrasing procedure. Your are correct it is extending, but doesn't seem to make a difference. I think it's definitely the issue though because I can't get wing cylinders to fully retract. It's making me wonder if there is a blocked passage or something.
Found in the manual that rephrasing is done by fully extending by up to a minute. Tries that and still no difference. Starting to wonder if a passage is plugged or something
Not sure how much you can see from the pictures. The cylinders to list the wings are as simple as can be. One line from the tractor to lift each wing (retract the cylinder). No return, gravity down (extend the cylinder). Each on their own remote.
The lift/phasing cylinders are a bit more...
Just picked it up at an auction, so I don't know much history on it. I did have to replace one of the gearboxes. I'll get some pictures of the house routing in a few minutes
The deck lift cylinders are definitely double acting but the wing lift are plumbed up to be single acting. Looks like there are ports on the opposite side of the cylinder that might make them double acting but they are plugged off - and this matches the way the manual shows it.
Its a 6415 and...
I did even the ratchets back out.
It's a JD 6415 and I believe it's an open center setup.
It's seems like airlock on the lift cylinders might be doing it. I had to use the tractor for someone else today, but tomorrow I'll him it back up and see if I can bleed them.
After looking at it a little more, it appears the "phasing cylinders" for the wings aren't retracting all the way so they are different lengths than the cylinder in the center.
Not quite sure how to make them all matched. I would assume that if one bottoms out the others should still retract...
