Huge Disappointment Kubota Fans, (L48 Subframe Broke)

For those who read my post on my L48 subframe here is an email I sent to kubota corporate. They sent it back to my Regional Sales Manager, the one who makes the 1000.00 offer, just a coincidence the cash rebate was 1000.00. The email is too large to put in this post so you have to read it in...

    Backhoe L48 sub frame broke

    Backhoe L48 sub frame broke

Here are the pics off the tractor, pics with frame resting on ground are the bottom of the frame, pics standing up are top of frame. Shot both sides of the frame so comparisons could be made.

    Backhoe L48 sub frame broke

I have no idea what I'm doing, these pics are when the frame was still on the tractor. It should be rectangular steel, not circular!

    Kubota L48 hydraulic problem

I have to throttle up to 1100 rpm's or so to raise the bucket or 3 pt. hitch with the bush hog on after the transmission fluid heats up. When I first start the tractor all works fine. Any suggestions?

    Backhoe  L48 sub frame broke

The right side of my L48 sub frame obviously had a lot of water in it and froze over the winter. It has expanded the length of the frame and split wide open. There is no cracks or bad welds where the water could have gotten in. Has anyone with a kubota backhoe sub frame experienced this?
