Thank You very much. All fuses check good. This is wrapped to the harness behind the starter, looks to be a plastic box taped in place. I will get at it, open and see what is up.

New to Forum The manual calls it a slow burn fuse. Is this just a fusible link ? no power past starter terminal Thank You
