Just purchased a new l4740 hstc and the machine idles at 800 rpm which seems kind of high to me. If my failing memory serves me well I think my L4330 GST idled at around 400 -500 rpms. Any input would be great. Thanks. Mike

Has anyone disengaged the clutch so you can start the tractor without having to push in the clutch. I do a lot of PTO chipping with the tractor and it is pain having to jump in every time I need to re-start the tractor. On my my old L4330 gst there was no need to push a clutch. thanks. mike
