Yep HD, I have a few (very few) HOA's and every time a new manager is elected, installed, they have a friend, relative etc. rebid the project. It all falls to my son :D since he runs the business now.

WD, I have not seen a dog actually catch one (squirrel) but I had a 1/2 Rot 1/2 GS and she knew a squirrel was living in our wood storage I didn't see her kill it, but I found it dead on the front entrance to my house.

I don't think that a lot of people understand the breed that they get, like say your Huskey . . . I have seen people get one (Huskey) and the person lives in the city and has an apartment . . . they need land and a lot of exercise, nature of the breed.
