Kubota hydrostat fluid out of the breather

I'm suspecting a couple of issues. I'd look at possibly the relief valve stuck closed. But it might just be overfilling of the hydraulic system since you recently worked on it.

    Ventrac K502 landscape rake question

This depends on where the rake is attached and if you have the optional "height adjustment cylinder." If the rake is attached to the optional 3pt hitch at the back of the tractor, then height adjustment is accomplished by the auxiliary hydraulic handles which DO have a float option. If the...

    Ventrac dual wheel removal tool

I have a different take on the problem. With so much clay in my property, I try my hardest not to use the tractor when it is wet outside but sometimes I have to run the machine and clay will pack between the inner and outer wheel. I've tried using a hose to spray it out and a long piece of...

Mysterious spray paint markings on road

Thanks for all of the replies! I just found out a new water line is going to be dug. I think the markings mean that work will happen 50' in all directions and 200' down the road. Not sure but now I think T.O.C means Top Of Curb, even though there is no curb.

Mysterious spray paint markings on road

This spray paint just appeared on the road in front of my gravel driveway. I share this driveway with several other neighbors. I'm wondering if someone is planning an excavation of some sort soon and they had to get the markings. There is a standard phone/power/cable pole about 10 feet from...

    Ventrac Customer Service

The Toro Company completed its acquisition of Venture Products, Inc., the manufacturer of Ventrac products, in early 2020. Ventrac is now a brand under The Toro Company's family of brands. I know Covid caused many disruptions and reorganizations of businesses, so I'm not sure what had the...

    RTV1100c Starting interlocks

Mine is a couple years old, but I never push the brake pedal and it starts. Park brake and Neutral are a must.

    Ventrac 4500P wont start

I also have the 4500p and that mystery wire is not on my relay control module either. According to the wiring diagram that I have, there should be only one wire to this terminal. This single one big wire is the direct power feed to the entire tractor. This relay control module that the one...

    Ventrac turbo diesel questions

I see quite a bit of rust on it and the headlights look fogged so it must have been stored outside. My odometer doesn't like to get rained on and it lost the speed LEDS because of that. I would want to confirm that the odometer even works and that the hours are real. Your picture says "1 of...

    Suggestions for tree removal

This was my solution. My suggestion is let it crush the fence and NOT you. Fence can be replaced, YOU cannot.

    Stalling/Very rough

According to the troubleshooting section page 4-25 of your T264 tractor's manual it could be: Poor fuel injection Faulty injection pump Wrong valve clearance Wrong idle setting Faulty injector

    DIY Ripper ideas needed.

Earlier this year I needed to dig a small trench to bury some drain line. It was more than I wanted to shovel so I built this small ripper. I intended it to be a "quick and dirty" job but as it goes so often, I liked the results so well that I want to rebuild the device Steve Austin style...

    Compact sub compact?

I really like the Ventrac. For my hills I wouldn't be comfortable with anything else. I use the rake or the bucket on the front of the tractor to groom my hilly driveway and am satisfied. I've never felt like I have come close to rolling it, but I have slid in it on damp grass.

    Moving a young raccoon

At my last house, my neighbor fed raccoons. One day he showed me about 4pm in the afternoon, he clanged some pans together and I counted 36 raccoons climbing out of trees and from under barns to gather at his pans of food. I was really startled at the sight. After his own dinner, my neighbor...
