I bought a 2004 TC35D with Hydrostatic transmission with 260 hours and I'm the 2nd owner. How can I find out if the warrantee is still active and since I'm the 2nd owner does that matter? My problem is loss of power to the PTO. The front end loader works fine but the PTO to the 5' brush cutter...
