Need help. I have a 3820i Century, in foreward gear it has no speed, reverse seems to be working fine. I put it in gear release clutch and give it throttle, it hardly moves, doesn't matter what range or gear. I replaced oil/filter, rear lube/filter and fuel filter. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am trying to locate a fuel filter for a century 3820i, does anyone know what the cross reference number would be for a napa filter.
